I do the exercise but what to eat !!

Hello All ..
I am a new member here and I would like to get advise from you all.

First of all I am from Kuwait! So I might not find some of the food u will tell me about. Anyway, I do my excises everyday.
I play cardio the most in classes like spinning, rebounds, steps and the machines like elliptical.

With all the above, but I don't lose much weight !
I need your advise on what to eat. An instructor in our gym told me that its better to eat carbs before the gym and then after the gym I should eat proteins, is that true !!

I need your advise and help. Note that I only need 10 kilo's to lose !

I had to do the comparison to find out that 10 Kilos equals about 22 pounds. You are at the same place that I was a year ago. I had about 25 pounds to lose.

Interestingly, I also lived in Kuwait for about 13 months.

My recommendation to you is to continue exercising like you have been. Your commitment is commendable. I know you have access to fruits and vegetables. I remember the stores in Kuwait being just as stocked as ours. The keys are to stay away from the fast food places like McDonalds and Burger King.

What is your water intake like? Try substituting any liquid you drink with water for awhile. Give it 2 to 4 weeks and I believe you will notice results.

Last spring, when I got commited, I was able to "finally" lose that 25 pounds.
