A Great Site for Nutritional Information

My trainer at the gym showed me this awesome site and it has all the nutritional information on anything!

On the top right hand side of the screen you just type the food in the search and then pick your options from there and it tells you everything.

I have found it very helpful to use.

I created a whole big spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel, that rations out what I am supposed to have at what meal and that site helped me to determine the figures.

My chart shows the calories, protein, carbs and fats and the amounts my trainer has recommended me for each meal..and I plan out my meals according to the chart.

I did that sortof -I put together different meal options options containing the desired number of calories. Not as structured as your spreadsheet, but it helps. It's a good idea to pull the info about foods you eat instead of using the website all the time I think. Thanks for sharing -and what a good helpful tool.

That's a fantastic site - have just added it to my favourites

Thanks so much for sharing!

Another site that I like is: http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk (has both UK and US foods included)
