i was at a plateau a few weeks ago... I just added a few extra minutes of cardio every day, and took 1 80 calorie snack out of my food plan and the next week, I was back to loosing again..

Keep up the good work! I'm down 21 lbs since New Years day!

WOW! That is terrific! Keep it up! You did the right thing when you hit that plateau...I was just talking to my sister about that. She told me that she is at a plateau - I told her that her body is getting used to the change and that she needs to change a little something. The bad thing with her is that she is unable to exercise - she had knee surgery lately and is still in PT...PT is her only means of exercise for now. I told her that when she is released to exercise at home she will notice a big difference. I told her not to give up - plateaus happen. We can all get through them as you have already proved. WAY TO GO! CONGRATS!

Congrats to all that have lost weight...

You are well on your weigh to your goal weight. I am happy to say that I have seen results in this past week. I have lost 3 lbs in ONE week! I'm so excited. Knowing that what I am doing everyday has changed my life for the better is such motivation...the numbers in a decline is nice, too.

I have lost 11 lbs in 5 weeks. I will be weighing in Thursday this week - hopefully to see another 3 lbs gone.
