I gain I lost

Hi everyone i am back. Well, i have lost and i have gained. Today i went to the doctor and i lost 4lbs. But when i started this site i start weighing 250 and that was months ago. Now i am at 253 and remind you I said i have lost 4 lbs. So you know that i had pick up some more weight. i am doing a research study on obesity and i have not started taking the meds yet.But, i have a chance of getting placebo and that sucks. but i will have the support of the nurses and a free dietican. The study last 2 years so i will see what that do for me. Need to meet new friend and a support group

Meds for weight loss are just too risky. Period.

There is no such thing as a magic bullet.

Is your diet under control? If so, what have doctor's said? Is there a medical problem? Thyroid perhaps? I'm in a bit of a predicament myself since I'm restricted from working out.

The doctors had me on Xenical for awhile, and it wasn't pretty. I'd stay away from pills.
