Question Special K Challenge

Hi, Has Anyone Tried The "Special K Challenge"? I've been thinking about trying it, but don't want to wast my time with it if it doesn't work.

Has anyone tried it? Does it work?

Because I have this other site which is pretty cool...

www.siteday.com

You write down what you eat and how much you exercise and it gives you all the facts. It says 75% of it is Carbs. I know thats not good, so how does it work?

So, has anyone tried it?

I haven't tried it so I can't really say. I just don't want to try fad diets or the latest things out there. I like to stick to my simple healthy eating and cardio/weight training program. You don't need special foods in order to lose weight, you just need to know the right things to eat

If you try it though, let me know how it works for you.

Anything will work if you stick with it. The japanese diet consists of 60~75% carbohydrates and they are usually lean built as a society.
