I hear alot about stress and cortisol giving women belly fat. I heard of a pill. ( I think it is a supplement) that helps with this. Does anyone know?

I tried it in the past and it didn't work, the only thing that is working for me is exercise, it costs alot and doesn't do anything.

Pills are just a way to scam people into thinking they can lose weight the easy way. They are pretty much a gimmick because they know people will buy them. When you exercise, you can't spot reduce certain areas of the body, so I highly doubt any type of pill desgined to target a specific area will work either.

I am not a violent person, but I just want to smack the people in those commercials. This kind of crap makes me so mad. People are so desperate to lose the weight, they will try anything. And some of these things are dangerous. Don't know about relacore, but I'm not surprised it's ineffective. If people really do lose weight, while taking any of these products, it's probably because they have changed their eating and exercise habits. Maybe not consciously, but you know what I mean -- Just the fact that they're taking something, may make them think a little bit more, and make better decisions. Or they may think they want to speed things along, so they make better choices. But I have no doubt that the stupid little pill had NOTHING to do with it!

You know, I went to one od those "diet pill" websites, got their list of ingredients, and looked up what was in them. None of the ingredients had scientific data to support that it helped with weight loss, and a few of them had high risk factors for developing other diseases or conditions. While I wish there was some pill I could take, I stick to vitamin pills instead. I'm too scared of the ingreedient in those diet pills -and I've nearly got my PhD in Chemistry. Look up the details for yourself next time you're tempted by something.

Plus, I'd also be afraid I'd feel dependant on a pill -instead I am proud of my hard work that has helped me lose this weight. No pill gave me this body -I gave me this healthier body.
