Well, I've exercised for 45min. once this week. I'm doing yard work as a form of exercise. My yard is a mess and can use allot of work. This used to be my favorite thing to do, so I think it's something that I can reasonably do to burn calories and to build muscle and endurance.
I like baby spinach, green peas, grean beans, raw carrots, raw onions, raw bellpeppers (never had them cooked), wheat bread, most fruits, and most meats.
I don't like tomatoes very much, although I will eat them in salsa. I don't like olives or banana peppers. I don't like sour things except pickles. I don't like allot of garlic or italian seasonings.
