just an update
i updated my sig i had a birthday 11/10/06 turned 36 ,had a little time off last week from the gym only 2 times, but back hard at the gym my clothes i went from a 40 waist to a 36 ,hope i can get to 34 my goal i dont post much ,but i read very often ,just wanted to say hi everyone

Happy belated birthday!!!! Congrats on going down so many sizes too. That's a great reflection of how much better and healthier your body is these days.
