Doctor Visit

well last week I had lost 5lbs and this week gain 5 lbs rigth back. I been walking 3 times this week watching what i eat. The doctor said might be muscle and that would be a good thing. I was thinking of starting xenical have anyone use that before. I really want to lose all this weight i am carrying. My blood pressure was still high 190/110 and i am on 3 blood pressure meds. See what next week will be like
