Non Scale Victories
I think I started this thread awhile back and I thought it would be helpful to do it again. Add to your list as often as you like.
1. Fitting into my size 16's and some of my 14's
2. Swimsuit I wore to the pool last week was literally falling off and last spring it was tight
3. I can do 30 minutes straight on my manual elliptical without needing a break
4. When exercising with my personal trainer I can come further off the ground when throwing the medicine ball
5. My BP was 165/98 and now it is 140/80
6. Sprinting 1/2 lap and walking 1/2 lap 7 times without feeling like I wanted to die. I probably could have done 3 more laps but my trainer told me to stop
7. Coming up even further off the ground when not using the medicine ball
8. I saw my mom for the first time in a few weeks and she mentioned how much smaller my face looked.
9. I fit into my "skinny" coat this morning. Last year I had to buy a coat because I couldn't fit into the one I had.
10. Many of my size 16's are too big now and only some of my 14's fit.

-I can walk up flights of stairs and not be out of breath
-I can finally wear my seatbelt without it cutting into my body
-I am back into my size 13 pants and they are getting big!!
-my coats fit me this year whereas last year they were tight
-my bra's are getting too loose and I need to buy new ones
-my capri pants aren't tight around my calves like they were when I bought them
-when looking at myself in a bikini I don't tend to puke as much..I will be wearing one to the beach next summer
-I can do an hour on the elliptical and still feel like I could do more
-I can lift heavier weights than other ppl around me at the gym

I enjoyed reading your post. I am more active now. I can walk longer on treadmill and I am more active with my kids. When my customer sees me they say I am glowing so I am much happier with life since I join this group. I see that I am not alone and I have someone to lean on. I love my Biggest Loser Family.

I'm just starting on this weight loss journey and have lost 18 pounds as of today. The non-scale changes I've noticed so far are:
1. I'm really enjoying healthy foods and not feeling like they're a substitute for something else that I'd rather be eating.
2. I put on a hoody this morning that I hadn't worn since last winter when it was snug, and now it's loose!
3. A friend noticed my weight loss!
4. This is the first time when I've tried to lose weight that I've been completely open with my husband about how much I weigh. No secrets.
5. I have a more hopeful outlook on health and weight loss than I've had in a long, long time. I'm so glad to have found you guys!!!!

Another non-scale thing to celebrate...
Although my weight has stayed the same for the past several weeks, I've been going for walks in the lap pool at my gym, and now I wear a size 18 jean instead of size 20! Yay! I am wearing black cords today with a black vest that was too snug to wear last winter, and I gotta say, I look better than I have in a long time!

my button down shirts are no longer bulging at my chest area.
i can wear clothing that i refused to get rid of, but was too small months ago.
the guys in the gym look at me with new admiration now that i'm trying the free weights.
i can post pictures of my stomache shrinking and not only does it make me feel good, it gets me the compliments of those who read my blog.
my face is thinning out and i'm not so chubby cheeded anymore.
my ass is firmer and my husband commented on it when coping a feel one day!
went from a size 14 to a size 8 in jeans.
my thighs are looking more shapely and less flabby - and the fact that i'll admit that is amazing because i HATE my thighs.

Non-Scale Victories
I really like this thread...
1. I can cross my legs without having to pull one over the other.
2. I can tie my shoes without having to hold my breath.
3. I can go into a bathroom stall without feeling crowded.
4. I can feel muscles in my arms and legs again.
5. I can feel my ribs.
6. I can look down at my feet while standing straight up and actually see them.
7. I can look in the mirror and feel good about what I'm looking at.
8. While my husband was taking my picture (weight loss journey pic) he said that my butt is getting a bubble to it...this is very good for me b/c my butt has been flat.
9. I can workout 2.5 hours each day and not feel like I am going to die.
10. I can look ahead when walking in public - no more looking at that ground in shame.
