Since the exercise log helps to keep me motivated, I might as well give this a shot too! So glad it got bumped up -- I hadn't seen it before. I'm going to start and official weigh in on Wednesday. I'm not going to try and set a specific goal, like some of you have. I'm just going to be accountable, and record my weight. The only goal I have is to see it go down. I don't care how fast, or how much -- just DOWN!
Sept. 27 - 186.1
Oct. 4 - 183.8
Oct. 11 - 185.8
Oct. 18 - 183.6
Oct. 25 - forgot ( subconsciencely on purpose, I believe)

I'm in. 12 weeks average 2 pounds a week so lets say 25 pounds for the challenge.

I should jump on the wagon too. I need all the accountability I can possibly stand. By December 25th, 2006 (hopefully before); I am "going to be" at 120 pounds. Good luck everyone!! We have nothing to lose but the weight and everything to gain!!

Goal weight for Dec. 25/06: 219

Sept. 21/06: My initial weigh-in when I found this site was 248
Sept. 25/06: 241
Sept. 30/06: 234 yay!
Oct. 07/06: 231 hurray!
Oct. 14/06: 231 holding steady
Oct. 21/06: 231 still holding steady--but now I fit into a size 18 instead of size 20 jeans!

Thursday Sept 21st......184 lbs
Thursday Sept 28th......180 lbs 4 lbs wight loss

Its Friday and I managed to ride my bike 15 miles yesterday, and do 100 situps. I did the same today. I have many exercise tapes and my goal is to try and get at least some tapes in 3-4 times a week. So far I have not accomplished that. Its a time thing.
I have however been eating right and getting in all my water. Along with the "very" early bike ride hopefully my weight will be down again at next Thursdays weigh in.
If I don't post this weekend, I hope every1 has a great weekend and I will post sometime on Monday.

alright-maybe this will help me be more motivated. I will post on Fridays (if I remember)--I am the heaviest I have ever been (counting 2 pregnancies )

we will say today- fully dressed with sneakers and walk man I weighed in at 200. Shhh...no one knows my weight but me and my Doctor!
