Talking March 9th - 5th week

Weight: 233 lbs (lost 11lbs total)

Measurements:

Neck - 15.25"
Bicep - 15"
Forearm - 11.875"
Chest - 47.75"
Waist - 45.5"
Hips - 49.25"
Thigh - 28.5"
Calf - 17.25"

Total = 230.375 (lost a little over 3" in one week)

As you can imagine I am THRILLED!

Remember: Drinking water is NOT a bad thing. You can never get enough water. It helps to cleanse out the toxins in your body. I drink about 2L of water everday.

The health manager at my gym informed me that your urine should be clear and you should have to use the bathroom often IF you are drinking enough water.

Thumbs up Water

I never thought I would be saying this...but water is my favorite drink. I drink 4-6 20oz bottles of water a day. I noticed yesterday while working out that I had to take 2 breaks just to go to the bathroom...lol. I am always in the bathroom. I'm glad to know that the water I drink is helping my body.

I tell you I struggle with water. Sometimes I feel like I'm floating because I have had so much water and other times I am lucky if I drink 16 oz. Oh well, something I will continue to work on.

Thursday; March 16th

Weigh - 230lbs (lost 3 lbs - total 15 lbs since Feb 1st)

Total = 233.625"

I am really happy about my weight but discouraged about the measurement numbers - they went down last week but are back up this week. I know that I have lost some inches b/c I can fit into clothes that I haven't been able to fit into. It is driving me crazy. I need to know about my body fat percentage lost - any ideas on how to find this out?

Thank you for providing these for me Jules. I have checked them out...the second one you provided I was able to figure my BMI - when I started my weight loss journey on Feb 1st my BMI would have been 47....it is now down to 44. This is good from what I can tell.
