Engaged Couples
Tonight's episode was awesome! The red team rocked! I was sure the blue couple was going to win. Both couples did amazing. I loved that they were so nice to each other. I also liked that they showed a sample menu of what the blue couple was going to eat one day. Getting to see clips of their actual weddings was really neat.

Great Finale
Hi everyone,
I was amazed with both teams and their final results. Watching the mini triathlon was great footage too. I thought the blue team would win, but they didnt have enough weight left to lose. They looked awesome, especially the husband. Didnt even recognize him. The red team shrunk by leaps and bounds. I hope to be that lucky too. Cant wait for season 3 in march. These guys will really have to step it up to surp**** or even match season 2's results. (Kathryn and Nick excluded).

Did I miss something? Was it a 2 hour show lastnight? I watched an hour of it and I thought it went off after the couples had to go home for two months.
Dont' tell me I missed it!!!

I'm so sad now!!!!!!!!!
Well, I'm glad you all enjoyed it! LOL
I was kind of rooting for the read team and I figured they would win since they had the most to lose. That's awesome!

Engaged couple motivation
Er, I found the blog related to this site first so I posted this over here. But luckily I found the forums so here's what I thought about this episide:
I love this show. I watch it every Wednesday. This episode made me cry (well most usually do) but in this case it was because the contestant Lael weighed a few pounds less than me (at her starting weight). I wanted both teams to win, but i liked the blue team slightly better. They were both complimentary to each other, tho only in person. (Remember the red team burning the picture of the blue team?)
My fiance came down and watched it with me even. Thanks for making this show. I totally related to the red team girl wanting to fit into her wedding dress. I must admit I didn’t feel so bad for the blue team losing since they live in Hawaii.
Ps. We’ve been inspired to start a minio competition of our own. 6 weeks long, him vs me (but working together). If he wins, a new video card. If I win, the same dollar value of the card but for a shopping spree. We went straight out after the show and stocked up the fridge with fruits and veggies and threw out bad stuff. I just wish we had all the resouces the show provides, but we’re going to do our best. Thanks for this inspiring show!!!!!

I really could relate to the girl from the red team (forget her name), with how she ate food for comfort and how she wanted to fit into her wedding gown. This episode brought me to tears and what amazed me the most is how in the end she needed a whole NEW wedding gown.
