Season 4 is coming Soon and We need some Help.
Season 4 is coming up very soon and I hope we could come up with our own competition for prize. Also, I need help on blgging for each week show recaps.

Post here for competition idea so we could start our competition with season 4. It can be team, individual competitions..

I am so happy the show is back on...definitely needing the motivation to get going again. I have gained 30 lbs over the summer and determined to get it back off. I'm up for a new challenge fo sho!
