Thank you all for stopping by.

I decided to add some forums to go with my blog for The Biggest Loser to be able to discuss the show much easier. It is tuff to comment and such on a blog.

So I launched the forums and now I need to get it populated with some posts. How do I do that? Easy!

Every month the top 5 posters (highest number) will receive The Biggest Loser Book and DVD. So all you need to do is contribute the most to the forums over a months time and you get yourself a nice prize.

At the end of the month I will add up the numbers and then post who the top 5 are. Then get in touch with you for a shipping address.

There is only 1 rule for this contest. I will not count posts that are short and have no meaning. For example "I agree". You must atleast write something that contributes to the discussion. The reason for this is I dont want people coming in here and spamming the forum with nonsense. Im sure you understand.

Since I launched the forums not on at the beginning of the month the first month will be a little longer. So from now until March 1st is the contest.

Winners will be contacted within a few days after the contest is over. If you are ready to start talking about The Biggest Loser then Register. Of course this is 100% free to join.

If you are not sure if you want to register yet you can just browse the forums. This is a place where you can get and share diet tips, exercise tips, and have 1 big support group for free.

Aaron,

This is agreat idea. Not only is the biggest loser an excellent shows, for those of us struggling on our own we can gain help and inspiration watching them. Then we can come to these forums and talk about it, and even support each other if we are trying to achieve the same thing.

i gave myself the biggest loser book and DVD for christmas, it's a great set of tools. I've always been active, but I realized very quickly how diet was the big key to losing. For all of you that win the prize, you'll be absolutely amazed at how fast the diet kicks in.

I've lost an average of 2 and 1/2 poulds a weeks since December 26th! I expect that to start slowing down, but the longer you stay with the diet, the better you feel, and the more motivated you are.

That is great that you are losing slowly and consistently. That goes a long way to helping maintain after your at your goal. Keep up the good work.

What an awesome way to not only encourage people to join but to also provide some needed encouragement and motivation! I know I need it! I have a long way to go! Looking to lose about 125 pounds!!

I have just be digonoised with Diabeties talk about a shock. I have 5 kids and had gystational diabeties with the last 2 never did the ob doc every warn me about needing to make sure of a strick diet after the babies were born. Now I am finding out that over 90% of women who have gystaional diabeties will have Level 2 diabeties. So in one month time I have lost 16 pounds not a lot but I continue the efforts daily. I really would love to win The Biggest Loser Book and DVD I am really ready to make change in my life and feel these would be the total support I need. I need to lose about 65 more pounds
