Support and Motivation
I must say that the forum has definitely assisted me in losing weight. If it weren't for this board I am not sure I would have lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks. I know it has been due to a lot of my hard work but having the support from all of you guys has been helpful. I love coming in here and reading everyone's posts - I have gotten so many tips and suggestions on how to change things around. I am very blessed by being directed to this forum.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me out and to the ones who have given me pats on the back. Those pats on the back are so helpful when I am feeling down. You all have encouraged me to keep on keeping on!

I forgot to mention in the above statement that I am very happy to be there for anyone and everyone that needs a boost in their day. I love to know that I have inspired someone or motivated them to keep on keeping on.

The winners for this month will be announced in this thread tonight around 11PM EST. There is also a "chance" that it could be delayed due to having a really bad internet connection. But it should be fine.

Also I will start a new thread for the month of March. Everyone except the previous winners will be eligable to win (other countries included).
