Just finished reading through all ten previous pages in this thread. The support and encouragement of everyone is great. The idea of a prize for posting is such a good one. The fact that it is something that everyone really wants and needs is fantastic Aaron. I look forward to becoming a regular chatterbox and perhaps one month being eligible for it myself.

hya, im new here i watch biggest loser all the time, although i dont have loads to lose i still need just as much help and encouragement, and those who do amazingly i admire, i really do, i only wish i had the will power and a mighty big boot behind me.
So i decided to come on here and blog everyday, to motivate my self and eventually give some advice to others, and in the end get there myself.

So here goes and good luck to everyone else

I don't know. I imagine the contest is still going...although Aaron hasn't been around much lately, probably why no one else has received the book & DVD yet. I'm sure once he's back things will be back in full swing.

The contest was on pause while I was gone for 2 months but I am trying to think of a new contest now. I really dont want to do the posting thing again.
