Can't imagine the weirdos they're gonna have on there. Well, I started out on my 1500 calorie lifestyle on Monday- so far so good. Just got back from the gym for the first time in months. It actually feels good to be active. All the foods that I used to eat are now nauseating just to look at. I remember how they made me feel and how they have obviously made me look and it angers me, so GOODBYE old lifestyle. HELLO new me! I can't wait to look fabulous and then I'll send the casting directors pics and tell them I didn't need them anyway!!! My goal is to look smokin hot by Christmas! I know I can do it. Thank you everyone for your support. Who needs NBC? not me! ***A doctor friend of mine reccomended That I count
calories and forget the "carbs, fats, etc" Obviously she said whole grains and "smart foods" are the best, but she said you could eat ANYTHING as long as it is less calories than you're used to and lose weight. I got a "diet diary" with a calorie counter in the back and it is helpful to see how many calories are in each item you eat. It forces you to look at the worth of everything you're putting in your mouth. Does anyone else have an experience w/ counting calories? Just wondering how it is working for you guys. Well, keep me posted on ya'lls progess also... I think I'll weigh weekly-- is that about how often you guys do? Have a great day!!!!!
