TBL 4 is just days away.....
So....have you all seen the website for THE BIGGEST LOSER Season 4? Looks like they have 3 teams (they have pictures posted of the contestants). I can't wait until it starts again. I need a new TV show to obsess about....LOL

I'm looking forward to the show too, I have been in a rut for awhile now as far as my weight loss goes. I'm still getting to the gym and eating right but it's just not coming off. I'm hoping the show can lift me up.
