i think its more like an audition its very cut throat so theyll put in people that will irritate people etc.

I'm really sorry that you are disappointed - I'm sure it is a very difficult process to get picked and I think they must start off with a set idea of the kinds of personalities and kinds of people that they are looking for and have strict limits on who they accept. I'm sure there is nothing more that you could have done to increase your chances of being picked - its very much the luck of the draw. Try and keep your motivation up and keep trying!

Sorry you didn't get picked. I wouldn't take it personally I am sure they just have so many people to choose from and can only take a few. But you have us and we will motivate you and you can still make the changes you want.
