Congrats to the Season 3 Biggest Loser ERIK!!! And congrats to Bryan for winning the eliminated contestants prize, and to Poppi!!! for winning the at home contestants prize!!!
And congrats to everyone who participated this season, and to everyone who is working out at home, changing their lives...

As soon as I heard someone wasn't getting on the scale I thought it was Heather and that she was preg...Good for her...Even though I hate her...
Erik, Kai, Bryan really blew me away...

I didn't think Erik could do it! But I was so wrong! But I'm glad I was so wrong, because I wanted Erik to Win!
It is so unreal that he could lose that much weight. I am so inspired by all. Excuse me while I go exercise on my elliptical right now!

I love this show and I didn't like Season 1 winner Ryan and I was okay with Season 2 winner Matt BUT......I love that Erik won!!!! He won one for Bob (so did Brian) and he owns a deli! I am so proud of him...look now I am sounding like I know him personally. I am just so happy for him!!!

I choked up in tears when I saw Erik..I literally bawled and had actual goosebumps. I am so proud of him for what he's accomplished. The other members looked incredible...and Kai...wow, she's a knockout! I couldn't believe how hot Brian looked too!!

BIG Congrats to Erik !! He looks amazing and well deserved it. They all look great.
You know, I bawled my eyes out for 2 whole hours. We watch these people every week and they become a part of our family. For me, another reason I was crying is because I'm going to beat this weight problem and have that same feeling inside as they do.
Still can't quite figure out what it is that I don't like about Kai.....yes, she looks wonderful and she worked her butt off but I just didn't care for how she acted tonight. Oh well, just an opinion right?!

Hi there! I had to come and find a forum to find out who won.....you will all laugh as you read this on what happened to me tonight!
I started taping tonites show, but turned off the TV, so I can watch it in peace after the kids went to bed.....ok, everyone in bed it's quarter to 9, thinking, "Yippie!" I have 15 min to change, do whatever before I watch my tape......Pop in the tape, watche the WHOLE hour and 45 min, BOOM, tape stops and starts to rewind,.....MY TAPE RAN OUT!!! 
I seen up to where Wylie and Kia (YUCK!) weighed in, and Erik was next.....I am assuming he won, cause I liked him from day one.....
My question, is how much weight did he lose..... HE TRULY LOOKS AMAZING! He was soo down to earth, and pushed himself to the limit! Way to go ERIK, and BOB for helping when times got tough!!!!! I cried the whole show, up until that happened to me, I could've squeezed someone!!!

Everyone just blew me away! I didn't recognize in the clips before he came out and I was shocked. I believe he lost 214lbs!!! That's unreal, I can't even begin to imagine how he feels. Kai lost her hips, Wylie is just a sweetheart, Brian looked amazing, and I could not believe Poppi. I was rooting for her to stay at the ranch, but I guess she didn't need the extra push that's for sure!
Congrats to everyone, my motivation has been renewed!!!
