If Heather is 5 months pregnant at the time of the finale - doesn't that mean she was pregnant while on the ranch? I didn't think they went home for five months before the finale I thought it was just three....correct me if I'm wrong someone!

Nope I am thinking it happened the night (or week) she came home. Contestants are home for 5 months before the final weigh in and 3 at the ranch.

Yeah I was thinking it either happened the night after the cruise ship challenge or right after they got home. Good for them whenever it happened

Is it really 3 at the ranch and 5 at home? I could have sworn it was 3 and 3...I was seriously worried when she said 5 months and I thought it was only 3 at home...Even though I don't like her, she still deserves a happy life and I can't see her being happy if her marriage is falling apart...Has it always been 3 and 5? Or maybe that was new this season?

I saw an interview with Erik and he said the Biggest Loser experience was the hardest year of his life. So I'm thinking that the Biggest Loser timeframe was in total a year long from start to finish. I believe they spent 12 weeks at the ranch and then their time at home. I'm sure there was prep before they ever started filming with medical testing etc. too so it's quite possible that Heather got pregnant as soon as she got home. The contestants would have had to compete in their home states initially as well to earn a spot as one of the 50 at the beginning of the show. She and her husband seem totally devoted to each other. Did you see him place his hand on his heart when the camera panned in on him in the audience when she announced her news? He was beaming as was she. No, I think they are pretty rock solid. My hubby thought she got pregnant on the cruise but do you think she would have continued on the ranch during the initial weeks of her pregnancy? Unless the producers actually already knew Heather was pregnant and that was what all the injury talk was about toward the end of the season. She didn't take part in one challenge on the race track, right and she power walked, etc. for the triathalon? What do you all think?
