Hey Sugaree,

If you haven't heard yet, I think Erik's loss was 214 pounds, making his current weight 193. Percent loss was like 52.5%. He was the biggest percentage loser of all 50 players.

Thanks for the update on Erik, I am still soo mad my VHS was set on the wrong mode. Who the heck has VHS anymore?? ME!
I am sooo a fan of that show. I can't believe Brian lost more than he weighs.....truly amazing, he don't even look like himself when he first got on the ranch. Kai looks great too, I just can't get the nerve to like her, I don't like Heather too much either.....they coule've picked someone else who really needed to be there besides her, yes, she was heavy but not like the others I've seen. Now she's pregnant, so was it all worth it to gain more??
I'll definitely be watching Season 4, I just can't get enough of that show!

It was an exciting show. I just screamed when I saw Erik. My gosh! What a change! He earned the win. The guy worked his rear off (literally!). Congrats to them all, they all did amazing and good luck to Heather with her pregnancy.

Erik is awsome! iam soo happy for him. Kai looks incredible, but she has this fakeness to her that i dont like. When she was on stage...Woaa..talk about Ego trip!

and even though i like Marty, he seemed a bit cocky too.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I do not like Kai one bit. She is so damn arrogant. I mean everyones ego is going to inflate a bit after losing that much weight but her attitude on the finale was so disgusting. She reminds me of a girl who lives in the same town as me. Very obnoxious party girl who lost a lot of weight at one time and she put it back on because she still partied like it was 1999. LOL

Ok I was so busy typing during the finale (now my tape is in MA with my parents) what did I miss?? I saw Marty flex once; but I didnt see anything overly arrogant. Can somebody fill me in? I think somebody said at one point Kai was sticking out her tongue at people.

Marty did flex maybe once or twice but one of the times Caroline asked him to but hey... I still think he's a doll.
Yeah, Kai was doing the good old "rock on" sign with her hand, along with the tongue sticking out and I believe I saw a head bang in there once or twice, lol.

Well what used to drive me nuts was her weekly weigh in behavior. Anytime the camera was on her (while somebody else was on the scale) she would be rolling her eyes and making a face. Show some respect to your fellow ranch buddies. I know people clashed; but in the end; they were all there to save their lives. I think that sentiment was lost this year on the red team with all the fighting. The 36 at home were much more of a family and supportive of each other.
