Thumbs up Erik played the game

I can't stop watching this show. I set my alarm to go off every Wednesday so that I don't miss it. I finally just restarted my workouts and my dieting this week. Starting over is the hardest part. I gained so much weight in the past 2 years since my injuries that I couldn't even step back into the gym. I had to go out and buy myself some home equiptment so that I can do it in private.
My goal is to lose 50lbs before my daughter's 13th birthday in May.

Back to the show, this episode was one of the most emotional so far. I hate that Brian had to go home, and yet so happy for how he did on his own and how great he looks now. I hope I can do the same. When is Heather going home? She is such a witch. Kai has an attitude as well. I really hope Erik can meet his goals and get to healthier weight. I think he needs to be there more than anyone, but if he is sent home before the end, I hope he finds the help at home to continue on the path. Its not easy, as my family used to own a deli and when we did.... I was at my heaviest weight as well. I wish I could track him down, as we are both from the same area in NY. I would enjoy getting to know about the experience at the ranch and maybe even be workout partners.

Anyway, can't wait till next week to see who the new ranch contestants will be. I hope they can knock out Heather and Kai.

Hi Bryan,
I am so glad you also like this show and it's motivating you. Best of luck on your own journey. We're here if you need us -thanks for sharing.

I was sad to see Brian go too, but I'm looking forward to meeting the new contestants and hearing about how they managed so much at home. What an inspiration I think! I agree with you about Erik -of everyone he still needs the most help I think. I really hope he can lose substantially more. Cheers!
~Jules
