Starting local group

Thanks so much! That accountability is what I know I need. I used to be a P.E teacher - go figure! I've refrained from coaching in the community and anything athlectic because I'm huge on being a good example of what you teach to whom you teach...and maybe the extra weight has been an excuse to keep from engaging, who knows?

So thanks for the encouragement Carrie and all - this too is an accountaiblity format and I'm grateful.

We begin tonight and I just wanted to thank you all for your words of wisdom.

I printed out a program guideline to hand out to everyone tonight and will post it if you're interested/may want to use it for your own groups.

I also did an agenda for tonight's meeting, brought along the digital camera for photos and am contacting fitness stores/Curves and another club to partner with us for prizes.

I'll let you know how things went!
