I have been going over last week's show in my head for sometime now. I agree with Adam. I am completely disgusted with the way the contestants were "whittled down" to 14. I too had the exact same thoughts as Aaron (school yard pick and being picked last). But even worse than being picked last is not being picked at all. These people came to the ranch for the chance of a lifetime. Not to come all that way; just to find out it was "just another audition." The show sent the wrong message here. How could the trainers possibly have had any idea what these people were about in the short time they looked them over?? It was heartbreaking to see their dissappointment. This is so much more than a 250,000 cash prize. The people are fighting for their lives. I about lost it when they showed some of the contestants meeting with the BL doctor and he tells them they are now diabetic or pre-diabetic. I agree with Carol that these people are no different than you and I are; but they were actually chosen to be a part of the show and didnt even get a chance to wear a Red or Blue shirt. Why not have a Purple, Gray, Gold, Black, Polka Dot team with the remaining contestants?? That way 2 trainers dont have to slim down an entire army.

The other thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the one team member who went off on Jen. She had NO right to call her out like that. It was rude. The team should have banned together and gotten rid of her. Negative energy will bring down a team fast too. Maybe Jen didnt pull her weight at the ranch; BUT did you see her after shots? She looks great! Let's see if Miss High & Mighty can do the same...

I like the guy from MA (yeah I am biased) and I like the older guy with the huge hair. He is such a character. Setting the vcr!!!

I felt negative against Jen though. Since all the people felt the same way on the show I am guessing that she really did something to rub everyone the wrong way.

Thats the power of editing for TV. Making something to talk about.

I am completely disgusted with the women on the Red team. Heather is a biotch (sorry), Pam got really mouthy and what was with Kai cussing out Ken?? I am going to really miss Nelson....

Did anyone see Brian's pre-weight shots? Wow! He was a hottie! 7 pounds and a busted knee. Kudos to him. Still very much a blue fan here. Bet the red team is now the men vs women team. I hope the red men squash the women (Pam, Kai, and Heather). The only word to describe tonight's show was sickening. The red team is out for themselves; the blue team is out for each other. Heather reminds me of Lisa (season 1) and Brian reminds me of Matt in his college days (minus the crying).

Here's hoping for a better show next week.
Glad to see Melinda got good numbers this week.

Heather got the biggest loser for her team? Pathetic...

I am thinking why was Heather the biggest loser on the Red Team? I wanted her to get voted out. She is so toxic to that team. I so think that Heather and Kai will vote out Pam when the time comes. We shall see. I don't like the trainer nor the team. Oh well. GO BLUE TEAM!!!! I so knew they would vote out Nelson. It made sense. Why did Pam think the blue team would vote her out? She's not a threat. Oh yes I remember Lisa. I really didn't like the first season because Ryan won and I thought he was such an ass. Okay he played those girls and of course he lost a ton of weight too. Lets see what happens next week.

There are those that are in it to win and those that are in it to get healthy. And obviously the girls are the first. I feel sorry for the guys unless they get immunity or the red team wins. And the ones that just had friends instead of relatives in the challenge so had it easier. No hugging or crying and kissing for too long.

It was really disappointing tonight to see the women on the Red Team be so nasty to the men. Their strategy didn't even make any sense, anyway, since apparently they told the men before the vote that they were going to vote off one of the men so a woman would win. That was just dumb. I wonder how this team is going to be able to work together in the future, now that the women have alienated the remaining men.

The Red Team has been doing so well with challenges...you'd think that would have pulled them together. There's something wrong with those people to turn such positive experiences and opportunities into something so negative.

i'm so glad that washington didn't vote with the women though... i really hated that one woman going and scheming in the laundry room trying to tell him who he should or should not have voted for. if anyone, i'd want that brown haired woman off the team. she's so mean!

I enjoyed the show as always, but I liked the red team less and less. I wish they'd quit winning challenges already. I still don't like their trainer either. Bob would've found some way to get their families in helping them exercise, Kim toasted them all with champange. I don't like their training plan. Time and time again If they're doing well they are rewarded with time off. It's only when the trainer gets angry that she works them out.

Bob works the team out because he cares for them, not as punishment because he's mad at them. As he said to one guy on episode 1 this season, "I know it hurts but I'm saving your life". I think the contestants have enough to deal with of their own emotions without delaing with their trainers emotions dictating their workout as well.

The red team thinks it's on survivor with its plotting and scheming. That was sad they didn't pull together, and now it's just going to deteriorate even worse after that vote. It is a game and competition, but it's so much more. I didn't mind the idea of women wanting a woman to win. It's season 3 and nothing personal, it's just the last 2 winners have been guys so the history of the show is involved, not just the present people. I just want whoever wins to truly deserve it and change their life and not just do it for the money then go back to how they were.

That cruise ship must've been harder than it looked -constant buffets and lounging. We only got to see a few minutes but I'm sure it was too tempting and some snuck back for food -esp the red team. What sad numbers, but atleast they didnt' gain.

I thought the red team women were truly petty. I am rooting blue all the way! Why can't they all just sit down like adults BEFORE the weigh in and say, 'Let's agree that if we have to vote someone off, that it be the person with the least weight loss.' That wouldn't involve all the plotting and backstabbing and maybe actually be good for the chances of the team. I can't WAIT till Heather departs.
