WARNING - May contain spoiler info about the Final 14-- I'm not sure if by 'cast' they mean the final 14, or the original 50 , so if you don't want to know who might the final contestants -- don't read any farther!

I also found this, which may answer some questions-

Yes, everyone on that video was cast on Season 3 -- I'll probably miss someone, but off the top of my head: Kai (Alaska), Chris (West Virginia), Joscelyn (Nevada), Jen (Minnesota), Amy (Maryland), Sabrina (Louisiana), Adrian (North Dakota), Bobby (Tennesee), Mark (Montana)....
Who did I miss (or misidentify), y'all? Is that Pam (Indiana) with the pigtails?

This was on the 'official' biggest loser message board.

Hmm - why do I feel like I'm talking to myself? lol
Anyway -- as I said, I found these links on the "official' BL message board, and reading farther into the thread, I saw that some were upset to know who the final contestants were. Personally, I don't care if I know -- but I hope my WARNINGS worked, and you didn't see anything you didn't want to yet.
I think most of you are like me though, and will take whatever you can get!
I think this looks like an amazing season. I am so excited for Sept. 20.

As much as I am DYING to watch those videos..I am going to pass and leave it for a surprise to me. Hopefully I don't give in before then and watch them lol

I don't think the dance video actually gives anything away. It's just clips from people audition tapes. It's just fun to watch. The other ones though, actually do have clips from the shows, and if you pay close enough attention, you can figure out who some of the final 14 will be. I think .. I'm not familiar with any of them, and haven't even looked at the contestants from each state, so I know I probably won't remember any of them from the videos, when I watch the shows.

haha ok you got me to watch them. They weren't as bad as I thought they were going to be with giving things away. I teared up for those last ones too. The dance monologue was hilarious, I laughed so hard.

It looks like there are really a lot of fun personalities. I heard that there was a lot of laughing going on! I'm so excited to meet the final 14, and to hear their stories. The worst part of this show, to me, is that they have to vote people off, even though it's likely there will be a few you'll like to see go. At least they do update us on how everyone did, at the end of the season.
