i have a couple of low calorie smoothies that you may want to try
Pineapple De-Lite
1 cup non fat sugar free yogurt
1 can pineapple chunks and don't drain
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs dry skim milk powder
6 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Calories per serving 220 and there isn't any fat
Now this is my favorite that I have been trying for 2 days
1 cup of soy milk
1/4 cup cold orange juice
1 Tbs honey
1/2 mango
1/2 cup of blueberries
you have to place the milk,orange juice and honey in the blender first and process until smooth and then add the fruit.
Calories per serving 120 and Fat 1g
I will have this in the mornings and I'm good up to lunch.
