I'm not quite sure how many calories and all that, but this is one of our favorite dishes not only because it's so easy to make, but because it tastes good.
4 breasts of boneless, skinless, thawed chicken
1 jar of salsa (temp and flavor of your choice)
shreaded jack cheese
(feeds four - or in our case, 2 chicken breasts for husband's dinner and then 1 chicken breast for my dinner and 1 chicken breast left over for my lunch the next day)
put all 4 breasts of chicken in a baking dish.
cover with the jar of salsa.
bake at 350 for one hour.
in the last three minutes sprinkle shreaded jack cheese over the chicken/salsa concoction.
done.
3 ingrediants, one dish to clean.

i usually serve it with green beans or the like.
