Thumbs up Vanilla Oatmeal Deluxe

Vanilla Oatmeal Deluxe

Ingredients:

1* cup dry oats

3 tbsp flaxseeds

1 tsp almond butter /or peanut butter

Dash of cinnamon

5 egg whites

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

1 cup of water

1 scoop vanillaflavored whey protein powder

*1 cup dry oats for men, 1/2 cup dry oats for women.



Instructions:

Mix all ingredients, except for protein powder, almond butter and vanilla essence

Next, cook for 4 minutes until boil then set it aside to cool

Next add protein, almond butter, and vanilla essence and stir

Yummy all the way!! You can add fresh strawberries or half a banana on the top for more taste.

Vanilla, Oatmeal, Whey Powder, Cinnamon???

Four of my favorite "diet things" in one bowl! I have got to try this after I am off my current diet plan! I miss my former oatmeal mornings....

Between the oatmeal and the whey powder; that has gotta stuff you.

That all sounds really good! I'll have to try that some time; I need more healthy foods to eat around here and lately, all I've really had are chicken. I think I might have some fish tonight!
