Talking Chicken and mango burgers.

you will need about 4 chicken breasts
1 mango
fresh corriander
salt and pepper for seasoning
egg yolk, optional. helps to bind it together.

blend your chicken breasts down, then add the mango and blend them down aswell.
or you could cube the mango ,quite small though.
add the fresh corriander, salt and pepper
add the egg yolk, this is optional you dont have to add it if you dont want.
You can leave it in the fridge for half an hour to fourty minutes to marinate.

Make into burger shapes, make them quite small, i normally get about 6.
Pop them in the oven till cooked.
there you go quick and easy to do aswell.
hope you like them as much as i do!!!

They go really well with a natural yoghurt and mint dip.

These sound so good! Let's see-- I already have chicken -- need to get some mango, and coriander--- and I'm good to go! I think I'll try these for lunch on Wednesday.

Which works better with the mango blending it or cubing it?
I'll have to get some mango next time I'm at the store.

hi everyone... i'm new to this site and just browsing.. came across this recipe and it sounds yum!! I absolutely love chicken and eat that mostly but love to come across new ways to cook it as it gets quite boring at times eating chicken the same way seeing I need to learn more about healthy sauces and controlling my salt intake that can be hard too at times seeing that alot of seasonings have hidden salt you know what i mean... well anyways I will go now.. thanx for the recipe will try that soon.. til next time

These are yummy. And easy. It was kind of nice to actually cook something for myself, rather than open a box, and microwave something! Thanks Helena!
