soda pop cake

1 serving is 1 weight watchers point. I don't do weight watchers, but that sounds pretty good to me.
I have made this cake twice. You just add a can of diet soda to a cake mix. That's it. The first time, I did golden vanilla cake, and diet sunkist. I mixed it with my mixer. It was really good, but messy because it was so crumbly.
Today I did devil's food and diet wild cherry pepsi. YUM! moist and delicious, and not a big crumbly. This time, I stirred, instead of using my mixer. I don't know if that made the difference of not.
It was really good -- and there are lots of combinations you could come up with. Any kind of cake, and 1 can of diet pop.

Yup -- a box of cake mix -- a can of diet soda. No eggs, no oil, no water. I just bake it according to box directions. 350 degrees for about a half an hour, usually.
The possibilities are endless.
I wonder what a yellow or white cake with root beer would be like.
White and cherry 7-up sounds good!

hmmm, root beer..., love the stuff but you don't get it here. Mind you we have this stuff called Kinnie which is fantastic.

I did try the soda pop cake idea at the weekend but it didn't rise too well so gave it up as a bad job. I don't have that much of a sweet tooth anyway.
