1 Pkg Sugar Free Black Raspberry Gelatin
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 ½ cup boiling water
1 ½ cup fresh-frozen cranberries – chopped
1 medium apple, peeled- chopped
½ cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Stir gelatin, brown sugar with water – until dissolved. Chill until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Chill 6-8 hours.
Makes 12 servings - Points 1 per serving (1/3 CUP)
