Hope no one minds but I have started a new thread with "Recipes for the Cookbook". Not all recipes that people have will have the kilojoules, etc but providing as much info as possible would be good. Here are some guidelines that people might like to look at:

Meal Type (snack, light meal, main, dessert, etc- making it easy for sorting out into a recipe book of our own)

Source (eg- Weight Watchers, a particular cookbook, or something u ahve made up- it helps the person trying it out to have an idea of how "healthy" this meal may be, especially if there are no kilojoules, etc to go with the recipe

Heading of the Recipe (for obvious reasons!)

Ingredients (in the order they will be used)
- The recipe itself
- Number of
serves and
time allowed for cooking (if known)
It would also be good to just underline and bold the main headings- making it easy for the user to read. Feel free to add any other suggestions- thought I'd just get us started
