Home Made Corn Chips
I have done a search and could not find these, so if they are a repeat then please accept my apologies. My wife'e aunt is a member of The Biggest Loser Club and got this recipe from there. We couldn't find it in the cookbook; maybe we missed it though.
1. Take 2 corn tortillas and cut into wedges.
2. Place wedges on a cookie sheet and spray with Olive Oil
3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, or your favorite seasoning if desired
4. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes, flip over and bake for 8 more minutes.
5. Allow to cool before eating.
These are really good and can really satisfy the urge for something crunchy. This recipe is for one serving and the calorie intake equals whatever the calories are on teh corn tortillas that are used. My wife and I have found that different brands of tortillas have different calorie amounts.
