Low-Cal Skillet Pizza

Ingredients:
4 ounces No Yolks egg noodle substitute, uncooked
3/4 pound ground chicken breast, skinless
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup onions - chopped
25 slices reduced fat turkey pepperoni, chopped
14 ounces pizza sauce
1 cup pizza sauce
8 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions.

In a skillet, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.

Stir in noodles, pepperoni, and pizza sauce.

Cook until heated through.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover and let stand until cheese has melted.

Recipe makes six servings.

Nutrition information per serving:
Calories: 269
Fat: 3g
Protein: 32g
Carbohydrate: 24g
Cholesterol: 49mg
Sodium: 927
Calories from fat: 11-percent

Thanks. I have gathered most of these recipes on my microsoft word program and will be printing them out this week. You have been great providing us with all of these recipes. It gives us variety!

Thanks for the recipes Beth! I can't wait until spring, I went grocery shopping for green and red peppers and they still look so sorry. I am looking foward to when the veggies start looking really good.
