I remember a while back there was news of "Cereal Bars" and that they were the new cool thing. I think it was along the lines of a Baskin Robbins only with cereal....A carb lovers dream! The article below is some ideas for new restaurants. Some of them sound really good. Let me know what you think.

Any of you have any ideas for a restaurant original??
Mine would be to have a make your own pizza bar. Not very original, but everyone seems to have a different topping, sauce, cheese blend to offer.
Or a "Create a Cookie."
Or "Create A (Fruit & Veggie) Plate"
