I am amazed at the incredible transformations that had taken place this season. What a ride! Erik is one of the smartest players I've ever seen. My bet is he had strategies before he even got on the show. Brian looks simply amazing...a new man! I bet He and his wife are now The Hot Couple! Amy is HOT...wow. Man I wished I lived in Maryland! Same goes for Tiffany...beautiful girl, just beautiful! Marty responded so well to the weights, that I bet if it weren't for the muscle mass.....but no worries...dude looks great! Ken is a stud...and if he cut off some hair...that'd be another 10lbs. Ha ha...JK bro! Hell I could go on and on....but I want to shout out to Kai...woman, we'd have alot of fun. You're a trip and a blast...wish you lived in Milwaukee. Now I don't know if this little blog is gonna be read by anyone from the show...but I just had to let this out somehow. Thank you all soooo much for keeping me motivated with my workout goals. Inspiration seems like such a small word to captivate just how much you all have touched mine and everyone else's soul...deep down where we need it most. Drop me a line....would love to chat.
