Weight Loss Goals:
I just want to be thin like I used to be. And not only thin, but healthy-- no more high cholesterol or blood pressure, no more chest pains, and no more looking at myself in the mirror while thinking to myself that I need to do something. I really hate my body right now and my spirits are totally dampened by it.
