Weight Loss Goals:
I have tried many diets some work but I always seem to give up before I reach goal. I get about half way then go back to old way of eating. I will not push myself hard enough to burn a lot of cal. I walk 2x/wk and take swim class 3x/wk. I will do this for a week or two then I stop for a week or two then start again.I just can't seem to stick to it.
