Weight Loss Goals:
I want to lose approx. 120 lbs. I don't think I can do it by myself. I have tried! I am now at 255. This is NOT healthy. I have tried so many diet plans that I have totally messed up my chemistry. Have you noticed that every diet plan tells you something to do that another plan tells you to avoid. Why can't this be easier? (yeah right!)
