Weight Loss Goals:
At thnis point I have to be "realistic" I have lost over 60lbs, (and regained it) 3 times in my life. I also lost my Gall Bladder because of one program that was very unhealthy. I am going through Menopause, (double yuck) and am starting to have body aches and pains. I am very motivated to get the weight off once and for all, but realize I must do it slowly and sensibly this time. I wil succeed!l
