Iam a SAHM and iam happily married to my husband of going on 5 years i have 5 children

being a mom, and i also do home daycare
Weight Loss Goals:
My goals, i dont know why I personally call them goals, iam struggling to loose 20 pounds and i can;t seem to get there, my highest was at 235 and iam holding a 165-170 it goes back and forth, i do the eliptical 4 days a week sometimes more depending on how much walking i do on weekends, i don;t know about you all but dieting is hard, iam stuck, my weight doesn;t seem to ever go lower then a 165 no matter how hard i push, iam hoping to get some help in here, to guide me for the longest time i cut calories way down, then it was to low, then i added, and it seems like i want to eat all the time, i do excercise more then i have. iam just not going anywhere, when i do the eliptical, i make sure i do different work outs on it, so my body isn;t getting used to it, i have the excercise ball, to do sit ups on it and nothing, after christmas iam going to go get the BL workout dvd, seems like most places around here are sold out, and then iam going to a excercise place and get a excercise bik
