Weight Loss Goals:
I'm 38 years old, and refuse to be a 40 year old FATTY! I need to lose 150 pounds. I have lost 16 so far, but cannot seem to get motivated to exercise as much as I need to! I basically started gaining about 10 pounds a year since I was 17. I have been working in the past year to change the inside; now I want to change the outside!!!
