Talking hey everyone i am back!!!!!!
Hello!!!
I know i have been very naughty by not coming to see you all!!!
Well i am now a driver!!!! yeeeehaaaa!!! and i started my new job on monday which was fab!!!
eating wise i have been doing ok!! i have not lost any and i have not put any on either!!! which is great!!
thanks for the message carrie!!! i am back and ready to go!!!!!!!!!
i have missed you guys!!!!!!

Welcome back Helena we missed you! Congrats on the new job and the license. We knew you could do it! Good job maintaining your weight over the summer. That is very tough to do with all the cool treats that are out there. Hope you arent too busy to drop by every so often and let us know how you are doing.

Glad to see you back Helena, I was beginning to wonder what happened to you. Congrats on becoming a driver and getting the new job, you must be loving the change! Glad to hear you haven't gained any weight too!

Yay Helena! So glad you're back. I missed ya!!! Looks like you're doing great. I'm like you -- I'm a little disappointed when I don't lose, but I'm satisfied if I just don't gain. I won't be happy if that's always the way it is, but the thought of going backwards is about enough to do me in. I don't want to lose the last 5 pounds ever again!!!
