Francine's August

My day started out 5:45am getting up and getting child off to school. I came back home and exercise for about 45 minutes. I packed myself some fruit and veggies for snacking. I took a long hot shower. I really was surprised that I was getting hungry about 8:30am. So I sit down and ate me a waffle with peanut butter and a half of an apple. I really wasn't tried today.

So noon time I went to Subway for lunch had me a 6 inch on wheat no cheese turkey breast and ham with baked jay chips and water. I am really working hard to get my food in take in. Around about 2:30 i really was feeling hungry. So I grabbbed me a handful of grapes and 4 wheat thins that I packed for my snack. The only thing is that I am really getting tired of drinking so much water. ( need something with taste.)

Dinner was very light ...just a baked chicken breast with veggies.
All in all I was really proud of myself.
Tomorrow is another day...One day at a time.

To add flavour to your water you could always buy some fresh lemons or limes and squeeze the juice into the water. Or...buy some cans of frozen juice and add 1-2 shots of the juice into your water.

They do have those crystal light packets available with many flavours, but I wouldn't recommend them because they contain aspartame which causes many health problems.

Great job on eating breakfast though
