So today being Thursday was weigh in day. Not the best, but it wasn't terrible either. I lost .2lbs. I mean It's better than nothing. But to be honsest I was EXPECTING a gain becasue even though my workouts were awesome, I have had a crappy eating week. I still don't have control of that at all. I seriously wish I had the money to have a live in cook to make all my meals for me and to make sure I only ate what I was given and nothing more. But I don't have that luxury... so I am gonig to have to figure this all out on my own. There are 2 different plans you can follow with WW, the one I was doing, with the points is obviously not wokring for me so I am moving on to the core program. You can eat however much you want on core of core foods, and they are all healthy foods. So in reality it is the better plan of the two. So now I need to stock my house with only these foods! I will do that tomorrow.
I also saw the Biggest Loser workout dvd at a Rogers I never go to today. Man that made me mad... after ordering it off of eBay, it ended up being $29 Canadian... plus the $5 it costs for a money order, and I don't have it yet... at Rogers it was $9... and I would have it NOW! Grrr.. Oh well.
On an up side I finally got my hair cut today and I love it.

Awesome...new hair do...how did you get it done? Was this a reward to yourself or were you just needing it done? I am in deep need of a haircut...haven't had it cut since July 10th...just before my trip to LA.

Patty Ann: The hair cut was a MUST DO! I was well over due. Just a trim really, nothing too fancy. I have had long hair my whole life and have never really done anything too exciting to it.
Missy : Yes I do remember you telling me. I looked at the Rogers near my apartment but never really lloked around. Ah well... my mistake.
I have a crazy work schedule this long weekend, I am picking up a bunch of shifts for a co-worker who lost a family member... I am looking forward to all the extra hours, but it is definitely going to affect my workout schedule. I am not going to have any time to work out in between shifts. So I am gonig to have to pay extra attention to my eating. That is my goal for this week. To NOT over eat.

What do you do again? I bet I could come up with some sort of exercise you can do while at work. There is always a way to burn calories. You dont have to sweat your keister off to make a difference.
Make sure you arent shorting yourself on sleep. I think it is so great that you are helping out a co-worker in their time of need; but at the same time dont throw your plan under the bus. When you are exhausted, any food looks good. Avoid fast food at all costs. Make sure you have plenty of healthy choices to bring to work with you and water bottles. That way you wont have the urge to go somewhere and tempt yourself. Canned tuna is an excellent source of protein and completely portable. Yogurt is good too if you have access to a refrigerator. I am sure you have good ideas of your own. Have a great weekend and dont work too hard!

Try not to stress yourself out too much with the busy work schedule. Do the best you can and if you can't workout, at least make healthy eating choices
