wow, I never knew the states had a different Tim Hortons...in Canada, Tim Hortons is known for their coffee. They have donuts, muffins, cookies, pastries, soups and now sub-like sandwiches...oh and chilli. It's kind of like a fast food joint for breakfast or lunch people..hehe. It's very addicting. I was in love with their french vanilla cappuccino's before.

AAAKKKK should be called "Dieter's Worst Nightmare."
Maybe I am confusing my restaurants. I think I was thinking Arthur Treacher's. But I know I have heard the name before. Maybe while watching a Canadian hockey game or something. Chili....oh man...that is my downfall right there. You can keep the doughnuts and cookies; just past the vat of chili!

That really stinks he lost his job. I think gyms really take advantage of their staff. It's always the good ones that leave too. Is he at another gym now where you could still train with him?
LOL lunges...pure evil. Do you do just the lunges or do you add weights? I love squats!! Woohoo congrats on the notch! Do you have a bf? If not, it wont take long before the guys come knocking. You are really pretty! Tim Hortons seafood right? I think we have some here in the states.

He did move to a different gym after taking some time off... but I signed a 2 year contract with the gym I am at now, so I can't leave... or I'd be paying 2 monthly fees. It's funny, I remember the second time I ever trained with him (I had paid upfront for 42 1 hour sessions) I asked him what would happen if he left the gym... becasue I wouldn't want to be training with anyone else. He said he never would. Ah well. I am taking everything I learned from him and putting it to good use!
I do add weights to my lunges, I feel the burn now, but I find there is nothing better than the burning feeling... it's like a pat on the back for accomplishing something and pushing yourself to your limit!
No Tim Hortons isn't seafood ... but like Missy already said it's a coffee place... I personally don't get anything there EXCEPT coffee now. I do enjoy the chilli though. Mmmm SOOO good! It's a canadian store but I think recently they have expanded down to a few States.
No boyfriend right now, I am dating 2 guys though and having a great time doing it! Haha
I'm off to do my ab video!

Hi Rocky! Nice meeting you! I have been with this forum since February 06 and have to say it is the best. I have been out for awhile due to personal reasons at home but can see that there are still inspirational and motivational messages coming through. Congrats on the knotch in the belt - it is always a great feeling when you see results in such a short time. When I started out I was losing 3 lbs each week - I couldn't believe it was so easy. Now...I'm doing okay with losing - not like I was but it is still coming off. I'm getting back in gear with my weight loss journey - I'm not finished and I'm ready to get going again.
Glad that your PT has contacted you! I couldn't imagine working out with some HOTTIE! lol I workout with myself...not too hot. LOL
Keep up the great work. Your workouts are amazing!

Not when neither guy is looking for something serious it's not. I do really like one of them more than the other. But I'm just having so much fun, I can't cut the other one loose... just yet anyway. Plus, I am really good friends with both of them on top of it all. So it works out. (Although they don't know of each other ).

Nice to meet you too! Working out with a hottie is GREAT. I looked forward to everyday going into the gym, becasue even if we weren't working out that day he would be there and always come over to chat. I miss that...

August 23 - Wednesday's workout
30 min. ab video in the morning
1 hr. cross trainer
30 min. treadmill
arm weights: 20 min.
It may look as though I worked out twice in one day, but working nights I sleep during the day, so sometimes it just happens to fall on the same day... but there is a sleep in between. I was at the gym into Thursday...

Alright so I just got back from my Weight Watchers meeting, and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. I GAINED this week. I thought I was doing so well. But I wasn't keeping track of my points so I am sure I must have been going way over without knowing. I did make healthy choices though, and I lost a notch on my belt, so I am going to try and not let this discourage me. I am going to see Ben Lee tonight, so I am taking a rest day from working out. My legs are killing me anyhow I should definitely give them a rest. Maybe I'll just do my ab video.
This weeks goal: TRACK EVERYTHING THAT GOES IN MY MOUTH!!!

I bet it was water gain or muscle gain. If your clothes are getting bigger, you arent gaining fat. Believe me, I am in this too right now and it sux. How do you like WW? I did a stint there too and didnt have any bad feelings about it. Oh yeah, you also weighed in with clothes on and sometimes that makes a difference too. I try and wear the same type of thing to all my weigh ins. No way you are gaining with workouts like those. I guess good credit (healthy choices and exercise) takes time to register with your body. On the other hand, bad credit (bad food choices and no exercise) goes right to the thighs! I hate having a bank account for a body....Deposits---->withdrawals---->more deposits and eventually INTEREST!
