Maybe I need to get some new glasses but you so not look your weight. Lucky you!!
Sounds like a good workout. The crosstrainer is fat's worst enemy (your arms too if you stay on long enough.)
I know all about the double shift and then overcompensating on your foods because your "I'm full" switch wont turn off. What do you do? Do they have a cooler there or somewhere you can bring your own lunch so you dont go so long without eating?
It has got to be tough losing a trainer because you get so close with them. Yeah you'd like Missy's trainer too; he's yummy. But if you dont find another trainer you like just remember, you can get through it without one. It's definitely harder, but you already know what your body needs, you just have to give it. I remember near the end of Season 1's BL when the final 4 got to train the trainers. Yeah they were doing a lot of horsing around, but bottom line....the former heavyweights learned something and were able to share it. Just think back to all you have learned and apply it.
What part of Canada are you from? I have known a few people up there and I was just curious. And I used to be a huge hockey nut.

Thank you for the compliment
As for my trainer, the poor guy got fired... it's a complicated situation, but the GOOD news is, when I woke up today I had a message from him saying he wanted to go running with me if I was up for it!!! HELL YEAH I AM! Hahah, so I gave him a call and we were supposed to go soon.... but right now, we are having a crazy storm and there is lightening everywhere, it's insane. I'm sure it will be cleared by morning.

My weight is pretty well EVERYWHERE. Some people get it in their stomach, some other places, mine is pretty well evenly spread. I also have a great deal of muscle, which does weigh more than fat... (I think it's just the picture though )
I work at a train company up here.... and the problem isn't so much not having a place to put my food, I had brought plenty of food for my 8 hour shift... it was just all gone by the time I found out I would be here another 8 hours. Oh well, the doubles don't happen often enough to worry too much about it.
I think me and Missy are definitely in need of a trainer picture swop!
I live in Alberta, and it's funny that you say that... for me HOCKEY=LIFE!

OH WOW! There is NOTHING wrong with that! He's beautiful! I'll have to post pictures of Adam when I get home from work.
So yesterday I decided to cut coffee out of my diet... and today I have folded. THAT didn't last long... but at the same time. I was sitting here at work with all sorts of cravings of things I don't need, and when I got that first sip of coffee in they all went away. So maybe it wont be so bad to jsut cut back the coffee and not totally eliminate it! Damn you Tim Hortons!

Man I love a good workout... I'm pretty sure I am addicted to the gym, especially now when I have a goal in mind. I just don't want to leave... even after sweating my ass off for 2 hours!
August 23 -Wednesday's Workout
Cross Trainer: 1hr.
Treadmill: 30min.
Legs (Lunges/squats): 10min.
Push ups/Sit ups: 20 min.
I didn't expect to see results so quickly but after just 2 weeks I have already gone up a notch on my belt!!! It made me so happy when I put my pants on this morning.
Weigh in Tomorrow morning!
I think I am going to start posting what I'm eating in a day as well. I would love if anyone had any good quick recipe tips!
...and here is the PT!

Ahhhh not another hot canadian!!! Yeah I love hockey players...
That really stinks he lost his job. I think gyms really take advantage of their staff. It's always the good ones that leave too. Is he at another gym now where you could still train with him?
LOL lunges...pure evil. Do you do just the lunges or do you add weights? I love squats!! Woohoo congrats on the notch! Do you have a bf? If not, it wont take long before the guys come knocking. You are really pretty! Tim Hortons seafood right? I think we have some here in the states.
