Well I have been trying to stay focus. At times I find it very hard. This week...I was doing well getting up early and getting my fruit in and just working out. I did the boot camp I am almost thru the entire dvd..but very sore for 2 days. I went online and placed an order for belly dancing to incorporate into my weekly work out.
I will let you know how that works out. On back to school I did not get all my food in. I was right after work pick up daughter right to back to school night.The food that they served was a 1/4 chicken nugget , 1 chocolate chip cookie ( I don't like chocolate) and 1 bite size pizza. ( 1 bite) , fruit punch. I was very hungry after that. We ended up at McDonald's and I had their fish sandwich. On Friday I had 1 Lean Pocket (turkey ,broccoli & cheese) with my fruit and water no soda. Well dinner I went to the fair with my sister and her friend. I just had the walleye no bread. But they had carmel apples and I wanted it..did not get one. I maded the commitment to eating healthy.
So today is workout day. Tomorrow is weigh in for my sister and I.
I am talking and with a nice man. He is younger with 2 girls ages 14 and 6. Been at his job for 17 yrs..has his own home. (a keeper ) He talk and I feel very comfortable with him.
But we are still getting to know one another. We have discuss sex and we both agreed to (no sex)..lol
When I thought he was not interested in me..I found out last night he has been texting me..we both laughed...he said that when he was texting me that I would be calling him back. I never knew that. But now he knows.
So that is how my September is going. hope everyone..is getting prepared for the new season of the biggest loser.
Before I forget my friend is behind me to losing weight. He would even call and say today is work out day for you.
Can't wait until Wednesday ...BIGGEST LOSER!!!!!!
